Terms and Things to Note

Booking & Payment: Submit your request at least 2 months before your event date. Bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received — a request on its own doesn't hold the slot.
Rental Time Blocks: Venues are booked in minimum 4-hour blocks: 0800–1200, 1300–1700, or 1800–2200. Rental hours include your own set-up and teardown time, so plan these into your booked block.
A confirmed booking covers your venue only — it doesn't grant exclusive use of surrounding public paths, lawns, or facilities, which stay open to other visitors. No structures, props, or equipment may be set up without prior approval. Standard Garden rules apply throughout your event.
