Open daily from 8.30am to 6.30pm at Pagoda Plaza (Chinese Garden), Water Lily Pavilion (Japanese Garden) and Entrance Pavilion (Lakeside Garden)

First Aid

Approach our uniformed staff on duty in the Gardens and we'll be glad to assist you.

Wheelchair Rental

Wheelchair rental is complimentary, first-come first-served, daily 8.30am–6.30pm at our Information Counters — just approach our staff for assistance.

Garden Shuttle Service Trial

The National Parks Board (NParks) is commencing a trial for a Shuttle Service within the gardens to assess the feasibility of expanding the existing shuttle operations.

This trial aims to improve accessibility and connectivity between key areas within the gardens, particularly during peak visitor periods.

The Shuttle Service will operate on a loop connecting Lakeside Garden, Chinese Garden and Japanese Garden.

  • Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis

  • Waiting times may vary depending on demand and site conditions

  • For safety reasons, the service will be temporarily suspended in the event of inclement weather

  • To keep the shuttle clean and comfortable for everyone, pets and food or drink are not permitted on board.

  • NParks may adjust operating hours or suspend services without prior notice due to weather conditions or operational requirements
